Pre-Trade Checklist
Decide before you click.
Run through your setup, stop-loss, risk and mindset before you enter. Add your own rules, mark the ones that are non-negotiable and only trade when the checklist is complete.
Trade plan
Write the plan down before you enter. Direction is worked out from your stop-loss.
Checklist
Tick each item honestly. Checks reset when you leave the page, so every trade gets a fresh review.
★ marks a required check. Click the star to change it, or use × to remove an item. Your changes are saved in this browser.
Check first, then decide
Write your rules
Edit the default items so the list matches your own strategy. Star the ones you never break.
Fill in the plan
Enter, stop-loss, target, the reason and what invalidates the idea. Then tick every check that is true right now.
Skip if it is incomplete
If a required item is unchecked, the trade is not ready. Waiting costs nothing, and a rushed entry often does.
Reward : risk compares the distance to your target with the distance to your stop-loss. An entry of 2350, stop of 2345 and target of 2362 gives 12 ÷ 5 = 2.4 to 1.
